COMMUNITY SUPPORT & DONATION REQUEST FORM

As a long-standing independent business since 1970, Follow Your Heart Market & Café is committed to supporting the diverse communities that have sustained us for over five decades. Because we serve a wide geographical area and receive a high volume of requests, we prioritize the equitable distribution of our resources. To ensure our community giving remains sustainable and fair to all organizations, we require all requests to be submitted through this formal review process.

    • Mission Alignment: We prioritize organizations focused on health, wellness, sustainability, and local community enrichment.

    • Equitable Rotation Policy: To reach the full breadth of communities that support us, we generally rotate our outreach annually. Support provided in one year does not guarantee future or recurring sponsorship. Moreover, the organization(s) we sponsor is determined at the discretion of our management team and not strictly on a first come bases.

    • Review Timeline: Please submit your request at least 60 days prior to your event or funding deadline.
